About Us

Read This Next was born from a simple but familiar question: Which business book should I read next?

After publishing my first book, The Disruption Formula—a playbook for the 1% of entrepreneurs aiming to disrupt an industry and build the next billion-dollar company—I wanted my next project to serve the other 99%. The business owners focused not on shaking up markets, but on solving the everyday problems inside the companies they already run.

When I sat down to outline that follow-up, I realized the book I was writing wasn’t entirely new. It was a collection of lessons I’d already learned—most of them from business books I’d read, applied, and recommended over the years. That’s when the idea shifted. Rather than write yet another business book, I decided to create something more useful: a guide to help business owners quickly figure out which book will actually help them right now, based on the specific challenge they’re facing.

Whether you’re dealing with cash flow problems, flatlining sales, team dysfunction, or strategic uncertainty—the right book already exists. You just need help finding it.

And yes—I get the irony. You had to buy a book… to figure out which book to buy next. But with so many business books out there, and so little time to sort through them, I still think this one is worth your time. This isn’t a replacement for great books—it’s a map to make sure you’re reading the right one at the right time.

You can approach Read This Next in two ways. If you’ve already identified the problem you’re trying to solve, skip straight to the category that covers it and explore the curated list of summaries. If you’re in exploration mode, read it straight through for a broad overview of the most impactful business ideas available today.

Either way, you’ll walk away with clarity—and the next book that might just change your business, or even your life.
